ReadyLIFT 4" Rear Block Kit for 2021-2026 Ford F-150
The 26-21400 is a 4" rear block kit for 2021-2026 Ford F-150 2WD and 4WD trucks. It safely lifts the rear and adds rake, which helps when you tow or haul. Pair it with a ReadyLIFT leveling kit, or browse more lift kits.
The blocks follow OEM designs and are never made from lightweight extrusions. They have integrated bump stop landings and cast-in center pins. ReadyLIFT says you will never have to illegally stack rear blocks again. Shop other Ford F-150 parts to go with it.

Yes. It is listed for 2021-2026 F-150 2WD and 4WD applications.
What comes in the box?
Two 4" tall rear blocks, four E-coated U-bolts and eight nuts and washers.
Is it for older F-150s?
No. For 2004-2020 trucks, look at the separate 4" kit 26-2104.
Should I get an alignment?
ReadyLIFT recommends an alignment and headlamp aim check after installation.
