ReadyLIFT 2.25" Rear Block Kit for GM Silverado and Sierra 6-Lug 1999-2024
This ReadyLIFT 2.25-inch rear block kit fits 6-lug Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks from 1999 to 2024, classic and current body styles. Depending on the application it lifts the rear 1 to 3 inches. See more GMC Sierra parts.
The blocks are OEM-style cast iron with built-in anti-rotation ears, not lightweight extrusions. Owners of 2007-2024 trucks with OEM 1.25-inch blocks gain 1 inch of lift, which pairs well with a front leveling kit. Browse more lift kits.
- Two 2.25" rear blocks
- Four e-coated U-bolts
- Eight nuts and washers
- Instructions

ReadyLIFT 2.25" Rear Block Kit FAQs
How much lift will I get?
Between 1 and 3 inches depending on the application. A 2007-2024 truck swapping its OEM 1.25-inch block gains 1 inch.
Will it fit trucks with mono-leaf rear springs?
No. It is not compatible with composite mono-leaf springs. Square U-bolts mean traditional steel leaf springs; round U-bolts mean mono-leaf.
Do 2019 and newer trucks need any trimming?
ReadyLIFT notes that 2019-and-newer trucks may need excess U-bolt length trimmed after installation.
