How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

The Quick Release Awning Mount 2.0 lets you take an awning on and off a roof rack without tools once the brackets are installed. Remove or fit the awning and mount assembly in under a minute, which is handy if you want the awning for a trip and a clean rack for the daily commute.
An integrated twist-lock indexing spring plunger makes it a one-person job. The system is built to carry heavier awnings, including 270 degree and other large-format units, and the low-profile design keeps the awning tight to the rack. The steel is welded and finished in a textured black powder coat, and the mount accepts locks to help keep your awning from walking away.
Fitment
Works with both Pro and Original Prinsu roof racks. It will most likely work with other Prinsu-style racks that use a 2 x 1 extrusion, but that has not been tested, so check with your rack maker.
What's included
Sold as a pair, which is a complete system for mounting one awning. Choose a low profile or standard mount type.

Does it work on my Prinsu rack?
It works with both Pro and Original Prinsu racks. Other racks using a 2 x 1 extrusion may work but have not been tested.
