How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

The Prinsu Pro Roof Rack for the 1st Gen Toyota Tundra Double Cab brings the newer Pro design to the 2000-2006 truck. The crossbar is described as 44 percent stronger than traditional 2x1 aluminum extrusions and has six integrated drop-in points for mounting gear and lights. The two-part side rail with a top integrated flange is rated by the vendor at a 15x increase in strength, and recessed bolt-on mounting feet keep everything low and rigid.
Hardware is corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the rack is powder-coated aluminum that stays light for its size. It is a good foundation for a rooftop tent, kayaks, bikes or recovery boards on an older Tundra that never had a decent factory rack.
The modular idea runs through the whole Prinsu range: crossbar spacing and accessory placement are yours to change, so the rack can be reconfigured as your gear and trips change.
