How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

The Prinsu Pro Roof Rack for the 2024 Land Cruiser builds on a decade of Prinsu rack design. The new crossbar is described as 44 percent stronger than earlier generations and has six integrated drop-in points, so rooftop tents, recovery gear and lights have plenty of places to attach. A two-part side rail with a bend on top and recessed bolt-on mounting feet add rigidity while keeping the rack low.
Load capacity is rated at 700 pounds dynamic and 1,200 pounds static. Hardware is corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the rack is powder-coated aluminum, so it stays reasonably light on the roof.
The modular idea runs through the whole Prinsu range: crossbar spacing and accessory placement are yours to change, so the rack can be reconfigured as your gear and trips change.
