This is a replacement top tread plate for RCI rock sliders, made for the passenger side of the 2007-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser, 2024 and newer Toyota Land Cruiser, and 2025 and newer Toyota 4Runner. The tread plate is the part of a slider your boots actually land on, so it is the piece that takes the abuse first. Selling it on its own lets you swap out a worn plate without buying a whole new slider.
It also works as an add-on. Plenty of people order sliders without tread plates and decide later that they want them. RCI builds the models that offer the optional plates with mounting points already in place, so a plate can be added after the fact, and it can come off again if you change your mind. It comes in bare metal, which means no coating on it, so plan to paint or seal it yourself if you want it to resist rust.
Fitment
Listed for the 2007-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser, 2024 and newer Toyota Land Cruiser, and 2025 and newer Toyota 4Runner, passenger side only. Each plate covers one slider, so order the opposite side separately if you are doing both. This plate is meant for RCI sliders that have the tread plate mounting points, not as a bolt-on for sliders from other brands.
Install notes
If you are installing tread plates for the first time, you will need mounting hardware. RCI sells that hardware as a separate item, so add it to your order. Shipping weight is 8 lb per plate. RCI lists this plate as in stock, so it should not need a lead-time wait.

It is the passenger side plate. Each plate covers one slider, so you need to order the other side as its own item if you want both.
