How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

The Original Prinsu Roof Rack for the 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab is the low-profile modular design that started the line. It is built from high-grade aluminum with a black powder coat, using 2x1 aluminum extrusion crossbars with a top-facing T-slot channel. The crossbars move and the drop-in points accept hundreds of accessories, so the same rack can carry a rooftop tent, kayaks or ski gear.
A noise-reducing trim and an aerodynamic wind deflector are included to keep road noise down, and corrosion-resistant hardware is supplied. The vendor says most Prinsu racks have a static load capacity of 800 lbs and a dynamic limit of 400 lbs.
The modular idea runs through the whole Prinsu range: crossbar spacing and accessory placement are yours to change, so the rack can be reconfigured as your gear and trips change.
