How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

The Original Prinsu Roof Rack for the 2024 and newer Ford Ranger Supercrew is a low, modular aluminum platform built around crossbars you can slide, add or remove as your load changes. It is shaped to follow the factory lines of the 5th Gen Ranger, so it keeps wind noise and drag down while still giving you a real surface for a rooftop tent, recovery gear or general overland cargo.
The rack is made from high-strength aluminum and is designed to work with the wider Prinsu range of mounts, brackets and lighting options. That means you can start simple and build it out over time instead of committing to one fixed layout on day one.
The modular idea runs through the whole Prinsu range: crossbar spacing and accessory placement are yours to change, so the rack can be reconfigured as your gear and trips change.

Install notes
