This kit swaps the fog lights on a 2010-2014 Ford Raptor for Morimoto 4Banger LED pods on BAF066 powdercoated stainless steel brackets. The kit is designed around three pods per side, so you can fill the openings with a mix of beams if you want, such as a wide fog beam alongside spot or combo pods.
Pods are available with Nichia NCS or Osram HX Boost LEDs in white or yellow. Morimoto says the NCS and HXB wide beam models were verified by a third party to the SAE F regulation for street-legal fog lighting. The HXB spot beam is rated to reach as far as 800 meters. The bracket design leaves room for air to flow around the pods, which helps keep them cool while driving. All pods are built to IP69K.
Per-pod output after warm-up runs from 8,680 Cd for NCS yellow to 22,400 Cd for HXB white, with a raw peak of 1,300 lm for NCS or 3,000 lm for HXB. Power draw is 15.6 W (NCS) or 42 W (HXB) per pod, at 1.5 A or 3.2 A. Brackets and hardware are stainless steel.
