What's covered
- Recovery boards that fail because of a manufacturing defect when used per the MAXTRAX instructions

- Damage from use on rocky or hard surfaces
- Wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or accidental impact

How to make a MAXTRAX warranty claim
- Email sales@maxtraxus.com with proof of purchase, photos/details of the damage, and your vehicle info
- Wait for approval before shipping
- Ship to the address MAXTRAX provides (the policy lists 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale Queensland 4500, Australia)
- MAXTRAX inspects and replaces approved boards; freight is reimbursed only if the claim is approved

MAXTRAX MKII Titanium Grey Recovery Boards
Titanium Grey gives you the standard MKII board in a quieter finish that sits well on a dark rack or a grey truck. The board itself is the same MKII: 88 teeth, six handles and a ramp at each end.
MAXTRAX sells them as a pair with telltale leashes, and the leashes help you find a board that has sunk into mud or snow.

Is this one board or two?
Two. MKII boards come as a pair, and a set of telltale leashes is included.
How much do they weigh?
Each board is 7.5 lb (3.4 kg), so the pair comes to 15 lb (6.8 kg).
What voids the warranty?
Spinning the wheels on the boards can burn the teeth off, and MAXTRAX treats that as outside the warranty. Pull away in the lowest gear with minimal throttle. Tooth damage from highway tires is also not covered.
Are darker colours harder to find?
They can be. Darker boards are harder to see at night, so clip the telltale leashes on when you use them.
