- Recovery boards that fail because of a manufacturing defect when used per the MAXTRAX instructions

How to make a MAXTRAX warranty claim
- Email sales@maxtraxus.com with proof of purchase, photos/details of the damage, and your vehicle info
- Wait for approval before shipping
- Ship to the address MAXTRAX provides (the policy lists 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale Queensland 4500, Australia)
- MAXTRAX inspects and replaces approved boards; freight is reimbursed only if the claim is approved

MAXTRAX MKII Blaze Yellow Recovery Boards
Blaze Yellow is a hard yellow that shows up from a long way off, on the truck or on the trail. It is the standard MKII board in a different colour.
The pair comes with telltale leashes. Each board is 45 x 13 inches, weighs 7.5 lb, and nests with other MKII and XTREME boards for compact storage.

Is this one board or two?
Two. MKII boards come as a pair, and a set of telltale leashes is included.
How much do they weigh?
Each board is 7.5 lb (3.4 kg), so the pair comes to 15 lb (6.8 kg).
How tough are they?
MAXTRAX had the MKII tested at the University of Queensland, where a board was wrapped around a 33-inch tire without breaking.
Do I need one pair or two?
MAXTRAX says one pair usually does the job. Two pairs are recommended for deserts, remote travel, or when towing a trailer or boat.
