What's covered
- Recovery boards that fail because of a manufacturing defect when used per the MAXTRAX instructions

- Damage from use on rocky or hard surfaces
- Wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or accidental impact

How to make a MAXTRAX warranty claim
- Email sales@maxtraxus.com with proof of purchase, photos/details of the damage, and your vehicle info
- Wait for approval before shipping
- Ship to the address MAXTRAX provides (the policy lists 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale Queensland 4500, Australia)
- MAXTRAX inspects and replaces approved boards; freight is reimbursed only if the claim is approved

MAXTRAX MKII Lime Green Recovery Boards
Lime Green is one of the brightest MKII colours. It is easy to see on the rack and on the ground, and that matters when you are packing up in the dark after a recovery.
Two boards and a set of telltale leashes come in the box. They are the standard MKII: 88 teeth, three stiffening beams and a ramped shovel at each end.

Is this one board or two?
Two. MKII boards come as a pair, and a set of telltale leashes is included.
Will they stack with my XTREME boards?
Yes. MKII and XTREME boards nest together. MAXTRAX Mini and LITE boards only stack within their own family.
How do I mount them?
The corner keyholes take MAXTRAX Universal Mounting Pins: a 17 mm thread suits brackets on racks and tire mounts, and a 40 mm thread suits mounting through a panel. A carry bag is the other option.
What voids the warranty?
Spinning the wheels on the boards can burn the teeth off, and MAXTRAX treats that as outside the warranty. Pull away in the lowest gear with minimal throttle. Tooth damage from highway tires is also not covered.
