What's covered
- Recovery boards that fail because of a manufacturing defect when used per the MAXTRAX instructions
- Approved claims get a replacement (or refund), usually decided within about 7 business days of inspection
- Freight is refunded for approved claims
What's not covered
- Burned or melted teeth from spinning tires
- Damage from use on rocky or hard surfaces
- Wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or accidental impact
- Not following the Instructions for Use
- Modified boards
- Claims with missing parts or no proof of purchase
- Second-hand boards / anyone other than the original owner
How to make a MAXTRAX warranty claim
- Email sales@maxtraxus.com with proof of purchase, photos/details of the damage, and your vehicle info
- Wait for approval before shipping
- Ship to the address MAXTRAX provides (the policy lists 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale Queensland 4500, Australia)
- MAXTRAX inspects and replaces approved boards; freight is reimbursed only if the claim is approved

MAXTRAX Mini Carry Bag
MAXTRAX minis do their job in mud, sand and snow, and then they have to ride home inside the vehicle. This carry bag is sized for them: heavy-duty, four-layer, weather-resistant construction that keeps the dirt on the boards and off your interior.
It holds up to four MAXTRAX minis, or two MAXTRAX Jaxbases plus two minis, so a jacking base kit and a pair of boards can travel together.
