What's covered
- Recovery boards that fail because of a manufacturing defect when used per the MAXTRAX instructions
- Approved claims get a replacement (or refund), usually decided within about 7 business days of inspection
- Freight is refunded for approved claims

- Burned or melted teeth from spinning tires
- Damage from use on rocky or hard surfaces
- Wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or accidental impact
- Not following the Instructions for Use
- Modified boards
- Claims with missing parts or no proof of purchase
- Second-hand boards / anyone other than the original owner
How to make a MAXTRAX warranty claim
- Email sales@maxtraxus.com with proof of purchase, photos/details of the damage, and your vehicle info
- Wait for approval before shipping
- Ship to the address MAXTRAX provides (the policy lists 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale Queensland 4500, Australia)
- MAXTRAX inspects and replaces approved boards; freight is reimbursed only if the claim is approved

MAXTRAX Fixing And Linking Kit
The Fixing and Linking Kit does two jobs. The straps join MAXTRAX boards end to end into a continuous track, and the pegs pin boards to a slippery surface so they stay put while you drive on them.
Straps and pegs are made from the same reinforced nylon as the boards themselves, and the kit weighs about a pound.
