How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

The Prinsu Pro rack for the 5th Gen Ford Ranger is a low-profile platform for rooftop tents, recovery boards, lights, awnings and whatever else the trip calls for. Prinsu builds it in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and it is cut for this vehicle rather than adapted from a universal kit.
The Pro line keeps the slim look of the Original rack and adds redesigned crossbars with drop-in points, so accessories bolt straight in.
