The chrome upper grille bars are often the only bright trim left on a 5th Gen 4Runner SR5 — and the easiest to fix. EcoOlogical's Grille Bar Overlays for the 2014-2024 Toyota 4Runner SR5 are high-impact ABS shells that install directly over the factory upper grille bars with 3M auto-grade tape. They cover chrome and scratches in minutes with no grille removal, no drilling, and no permanent modification. One order includes a full set of upper grille bar overlays, made in the USA.
Features
- Fits 2014-2024 Toyota 4Runner with the SR5 grille
- One order = one complete set of upper grille bar overlays
- High-impact ABS plastic construction, made in the USA
- Installs over the OEM bars with 3M auto-grade tape — no drilling
- Covers chrome, scratches, and worn finishes
- Gloss Black, Matte Black, Textured TPO, Armor Coated (bed-lined), or Paintable ABS
- Overlay design — not a replacement for the factory grille bars
These overlays fit the SR5 grille only — Limited and TRD grilles are shaped differently, so confirm your trim before ordering. Blacking out the whole nose? Pair them with the 4Runner SR5 Upper Grille Garnish for a complete grille delete, or browse more grilles and grille inserts and the full Toyota 4Runner collection.

2014-2024 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Grille Bar Overlays FAQs
Will these fit my Limited or TRD 4Runner?
No — these overlays are molded for the SR5 grille only. Limited, TRD Off-Road, and TRD Pro models use different grille designs, so the bars will not line up. If you have a 2014-2024 4Runner with the SR5 grille, they install directly over your factory upper grille bars.
Do these replace the factory grille bars?
No, they are overlays. Each ABS shell installs on top of the OEM upper grille bars with 3M auto-grade tape, covering chrome and scratches while leaving the factory parts intact. They should not be used as a replacement for the factory grille bars — think of them as armor and styling in one.
How many pieces come in an order?
A quantity of one gets you one complete set of upper grille bar overlays — enough to cover the upper bars on your SR5 grille. Pair them with the matching SR5 Upper Grille Garnish overlay if you want the large center bar covered too for a full grille blackout.
