This is a replacement TeraFlex small offset adjustable joint for the long control arm on a JK Wrangler. It goes in the front upper position and has a right-hand thread, so it is the part to reach for when a worn joint needs to be swapped instead of replacing the whole arm.
The adjustable design lets you set arm length during installation, which helps with alignment and setup. The source gives little else about it, so we have kept the description to what the vendor states.
