What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- TeraFlex chooses to repair, replace or refund at no charge (except inbound shipping)
- TeraFlex pays the freight to send the part back to you
What's not covered
- Improper use, failure to follow instructions, or improper installation/maintenance
- Modifications or unauthorized repair
- Normal wear and tear, and finish beyond the 90-day term
- Racing or competition use
- Shipping/storage damage and other outside causes
- Removal labor (customer's responsibility)
How to make a TeraFlex warranty claim
- Call TeraFlex customer service, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm MST
- Have proof of purchase or the original invoice ready
- Remove the part and ship it in at your cost
