- Modifications or unauthorized repair
- Normal wear and tear, and finish beyond the 90-day term
- Racing or competition use
- Shipping/storage damage and other outside causes
- Removal labor (customer's responsibility)

- Remove the part and ship it in at your cost

Cartridge Upgrade Kits allow on-the-fly tuning for various terrain! The easy-to-use 3-position Fast Adjust Knob changes the compression damping settings from soft to firm. Settings include Soft, Custom, and Firm. The Custom setting incorporates an 8-Position Dial for more precise tuning.
