The TruPower from STILLEN is a true cold air intake for the 5.7L Tundra. It swaps in a replacement radiator shroud and intake duct that pull air from the front of the truck, through the core support, and into a large airbox. That uses the factory intake opening but adds roughly 50% more airflow through the cold air port. In STILLEN's testing, intake air temperature dropped three times faster than with the factory setup and reached ambient about 60 seconds sooner.
STILLEN claims gains of nearly 20 horsepower and 20 lb-ft of torque, with the usual note that results vary. The kit includes a serviceable STILLEN air filter with a limited lifetime warranty. This version includes the modular block-off plate and free flow tube. The block-off plate installs in under five minutes with a flat head screwdriver, which is useful if you cross deep water.
