RSE needs proof of purchase from an authorized seller and expects the install to match its instructions exactly, and the buyer pays shipping both ways. Contact NVMOS first: we have your order record, can help you work through RSE's troubleshooting before anything comes off the vehicle, and will help put the claim together. Have your order number and a few photos of the issue ready, then call or text us at (920) 249-7744 or send us a message.
