How to make a Rock Krawler warranty claim
- Contact Rock Krawler before tearing anything down on the vehicle.
- Send clear digital photos that show the problem, plus proof of the original purchase.
- Provide proof of correct setup: for front coil springs, OEM end codes, spring position, seats, caster and axle position; for rear coil springs, pinion angle and axle position; for joints and bushings, correct orientation and installation.
- For coil spring claims, include photos of the spring installed on the vehicle and the original receipt.
