- Accidents and third-party modifications or repairs
How to make a DMOS warranty claim
- Email DMOS with proof of purchase and photos of the problem
- If approved, DMOS issues an RMA number
- Ship the item to DMOS at your expense
- DMOS repairs or replaces it

DMOS Reflective Tag Replacement
Several DMOS bags carry a reflective hook-and-loop label on the outside, so you can mark what is inside and spot the bag in low light. Labels get lost, worn or swapped between bags over time. This is a replacement reflective tag from DMOS.
