What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Approved claims are repaired or replaced with no charge for parts or labor
- Shovels must be used as shovels, within -40°C to 170°F, and kept clean and maintained
What's not covered
- Abuse, misuse or abnormal handling
- Using a shovel as a pry bar, for chopping wood, or other non-shovel uses
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, rust and chipped paint
- Natural breakdown of materials over time
- Accidents and third-party modifications or repairs
How to make a DMOS warranty claim
- Email DMOS with proof of purchase and photos of the problem
- If approved, DMOS issues an RMA number
- Ship the item to DMOS at your expense
- DMOS repairs or replaces it
