This spacer kit is an add-on for the ReadyLIFT air spring kit for the Ram 1500 (part number 89-11090). That kit is made for factory ride height up to a 3" lift. If your truck sits higher in the rear, this kit lets the air springs work at the taller height without giving up suspension travel.
It supplies the air spring spacers along with the hardware needed to attach them to the upper perch and the air spring, so the system keeps its full travel at a rear ride height between 3" and 6" above factory.
Fitment
Ram 1500, 2009 and newer, with a lifted rear ride height of 3" to 6" above factory. It is for use with the 89-11090 air spring kit only and does nothing on its own. The 89-11090 kit is listed as not compatible with TRX or RHO trim packages, so those trims are out.

Can I use this by itself?
No. It only works with the Ram 1500 air spring kit 89-11090.
When do I need it?
When your rear ride height is between 3" and 6" above factory. The base air spring kit covers factory height up to 3".
Does it fit a TRX?
The 89-11090 air spring kit is listed as not compatible with TRX or RHO trim packages, so this spacer kit is not for those trucks.
What comes in the box?
Air spring spacers and the hardware to attach them to the upper perch and air spring.
