This is a coil replacement air suspension for the rear of the Ram 1500. It swaps the factory coils (or the factory air springs) for primary air, which gives a smoother ride when the bed is empty and real load support when you are hauling. Because the height is adjustable, loading and trailer hookup get easier too.
The vendor rates it at 6,000 lb capacity at 150 PSI, and it is built to deliver more travel than a typical helper setup. It is a work-oriented upgrade, not a lift.
Fitment
Ram 1500, 2009 and newer, at factory ride height up to a 3" lift out of the box. For a rear lift of more than 3" up to 6", add spacer kit 89-11090-3. The kit is not compatible with TRX or RHO trim packages.
Install notes
Do not exceed the truck's maximum payload or GVWR. Air suspension changes how a truck carries load, but it does not raise the limits printed on the door jamb.

No. The vendor lists it as not compatible with TRX or RHO trim packages.
What if my truck is lifted?
It works at factory height up to a 3" lift. For more than 3" up to 6", add spacer kit 89-11090-3.
Does it replace the factory springs?
It replaces the factory coils, or factory air, at the rear axle with primary air.
How much can it carry?
The vendor lists 6,000 lb capacity at 150 PSI. Never exceed the truck's maximum payload or GVWR.
