The 49-19620 is a 6" lift for the 2019-2024 Ram 3500 HD 4WD with the High Output diesel and Aisin A69RC transmission. It was engineered specifically for the 3500 and includes 6" front lift springs, 5" rear spacers and four Bilstein 5100 series shocks. See Ram 2500 and 3500 parts.
The Driveline Indexing System (DIS) adds a transfer case clocking ring, an OEM output shaft seal and an adjustable transmission crossmember to improve driveline angle, since some lifted Ram HD trucks can vibrate slightly. Radius arm drop brackets, a track bar drop bracket and a new pitman arm complete it. Compare lift kits.
2019-2024 Ram 3500 HD 4WD with the High Output engine and Aisin A69RC transmission only. Does not work with the HEMI gas engine, dually models, Classic models, automatic-leveling rear air suspension, or single cab trucks.

Only 3500 HD High Output trucks with the Aisin A69RC transmission.
Does it fit the Standard Output diesel?
No. That truck uses the 49-19630 kit.
Does it fit a dually?
No. It does not work with dually models.
What is the DIS kit?
A Driveline Indexing System with a transfer case clocking ring, OEM output shaft seal and adjustable transmission crossmember.
