ReadyLIFT 4" Coil Spring Lift Kit with Falcon 1.1 Shocks for 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty Diesel 4WD
The 49-27421 uses the same 4" coil spring platform as the other 2017-2022 Super Duty kits, with Falcon 1.1 monotube shocks front and rear. It is made for F-250 and F-350 4WD Power Stroke trucks that run single rear wheels. Find more Ford Super Duty parts.
Eye-catching heavy-duty tubular radius arms help correct caster angle. A track bar relocation bracket and rear fabricated blocks complete the lift, which clears up to 37" tall tires on 9" wide wheels with +18 offset. Other heights are listed under lift kits.

2017-2022 Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350 4WD Power Stroke diesel, single rear wheel only. Tremor models will not gain the full 4". 2017-2019 ride height may be slightly lower. Single cab has not been validated by ReadyLIFT.

How is this different from the 49-27423?
This kit comes with Falcon 1.1 monotube shocks. The 49-27423 comes with Falcon 2.1 shocks.
Does it fit dually trucks?
No. It is for diesel trucks with single rear wheels.
Will it fit a single cab?
ReadyLIFT has not validated single cab fitment and drivability.
Do I need alignment after install?
ReadyLIFT recommends an alignment and headlamp aim check after installation.
