This is the 2 inch version of ReadyLIFT's OEM-style cast iron rear block kit for Chevy and GMC trucks. Part 66-3052 raises the rear with a single block per side and comes with new longer U-bolts and hardware, so you are not reusing factory U-bolts that are now too short.
Why it works
- Cast iron, OEM style: the blocks follow the factory design approach.
- 2 inches of rear lift: a straightforward way to add height or rake at the back.
- New U-bolts included: longer U-bolts and hardware come in the kit.
Fitment
1988 through 1998 GM 1500, and 2000 through 2010 GM HD 2500 and 3500 8-lug trucks.
Install notes
ReadyLIFT notes that rear shock extensions may be required with this kit. Add that to your parts list before you start so the install does not stall mid-job.
