- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The Double Cab long bed Tacoma has a lot of rocker panel to protect, and these RCI sliders cover it with a frame-mounted design. A full-length 3/16" frame plate ties each slider into the frame at multiple bolt points, so the frame takes the hit instead of the sheet metal. They still work as a step.
The main tube is 2" square with 1.75" DOM outer rails as standard and 1/4" gussets on the legs. The end caps are laser cut, bent and mitered 3/16" steel rather than square cut, and the rear has RCI's low profile kick-out. RCI says they can carry the whole side of the truck for hi-lift lifting or sliding on rock. Built in the USA.
Options
20 degrees is standard, and a 5 degree low angle option is offered for maximum use as a side step; RCI recommends 5 degrees with the tread plate. Pick satin black powdercoat over epoxy primer or bare metal, with or without the bolt-on dimpled tread plate for a better step surface and extra shielding from tire throw.

Install notes
Direct bolt-on to existing mounting locations with no drilling, using basic hand tools. Hardware is included, grade 5 and 8 where applicable.
