This Horizon rack for the 4th gen 4Runner is a full-length system in laser cut and CNC machined aluminum, with adjustable, removable extruded T-slot cross-bars. It needs no drilling or modification. It is built for roof top tents, lights, Hi-Lift jacks, MaxTrax, RotoPax, a spare tire, bike mounts and baskets, and the industry-standard T-slots accept hundreds of accessories.
The side panels and rear fairing are 1/4" 5052 aluminum, the cross-bars are 1" x 2" black anodized T-slot and the front fairing is 1/8" 5052. The T-slots take nut plates and carriage bolts, so you can add accessories without removing the bars. The rack weighs 54 lbs, sits 3" above the highest point of the truck and does not require removing the roof antenna.
Fitment

Install notes
Bolt-on using existing roof rack mounting holes and rubber load-bearing pads at the front. Assembly takes about 45 minutes.
