- Using a shovel as a pry bar, for chopping wood, or other non-shovel uses
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, rust and chipped paint
- Natural breakdown of materials over time
- Accidents and third-party modifications or repairs
How to make a DMOS warranty claim
- Email DMOS with proof of purchase and photos of the problem
- If approved, DMOS issues an RMA number
- Ship the item to DMOS at your expense
- DMOS repairs or replaces it

DMOS Rally Pouch
The Rally Pouch is a small zippered home base for the things you always need and can never find: a phone, keys, a headlamp or a compact first aid kit. Pockets and dividers inside keep the small stuff sorted.
Two snap straps on the back attach it to standard MOLLE panels, belts, backpacks or bags, and a reflective hook-and-loop label on the front lets you mark what is inside.
