- Using a shovel as a pry bar, for chopping wood, or other non-shovel uses
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, rust and chipped paint
- Natural breakdown of materials over time
- Accidents and third-party modifications or repairs
How to make a DMOS warranty claim
- Email DMOS with proof of purchase and photos of the problem
- If approved, DMOS issues an RMA number
- Ship the item to DMOS at your expense
- DMOS repairs or replaces it

DMOS Rally Bag
The Rally Bag is DMOS's answer to the pile of jumper cables, tow straps and odds and ends that ends up loose in every vehicle. It is a 600D polyester gear bag with a wide zippered opening and seven organizing areas, sized to fit in the rear footwell of most vehicles.
MOLLE straps on the outside and a MOLLE panel let you add smaller pouches, and reflective hook-and-loop labels on three sides tell you what is inside at a glance.
