The Expedition PRO turns the bed of a 2021-2027 Ford F-150 into a locked, weather-sealed box with side access. Full wing doors swing up on each side, so tools, camp gear or work equipment are within reach from the ground. Up top, it is ready for roof rails, cargo racks or a roof top tent.

Construction is marine-grade stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. The cap is a five-piece modular design, so the parts are manageable during install and bolt together into a stiff, vehicle-specific shell, fitted to the F-150 through OVS True Fit Technology. Gas struts hold the full wing doors open, and waterproof seals and heavy-duty locking latches keep the weather and thieves out when they close. Fits the 2021-2027 Ford F-150 (14th Gen F-150) with the 5.5 ft or 6.5 ft bed. Choose the bed length option that matches your truck; the caps are not interchangeable between bed sizes.

You get the shell with full wing doors, front and rear windows and a third brake light. Shipping weight is 257 lb (5.5 ft) and 375 lb (6.5 ft). The modular design makes install more manageable, but it is still a two-person job at minimum. Think about roof rails, racks and tent mounts before install day.
