These replace the badge at the top of the front fender vent on a Ford F-150. Rather than overlaying the factory piece, the kit takes its place, with a raised badge in a choice of logos and colors. Logo options include trim names such as STX, each in a long list of finishes from reflective black to OE-matched colors, chrome and pink.
Tufskinz calls this its domed construction, and every piece is built in three layers. A UV doming resin on top gives the raised, glossy, scratch-resistant surface, standing about 4 mm proud. Beneath it is a colored substrate that can be real carbon fiber, chrome, camouflage or a factory-matched color, and the back carries 3M automotive-grade adhesive for the bond to the vehicle. Raw real carbon fiber is the one exception and sits about 1 mm proud.
Fitment
Made for the 2021-2027 Ford F-150 with front fender vents. The 14th generation listed here covers 2021-2024 model years; the vendor extends fitment through 2027.
