Nokhu Warranty
At a glance: No written warranty published — we handle defects with the brand for you
This is Nokhu's warranty, not an NVMOS policy. We've summarized it in plain English to save you a search. The manufacturer's official terms always govern and can change without notice. Last reviewed on nvmos.com: October 4, 2026.
What to expect
Nokhu doesn't publish a written warranty that we could find. In practice, parts that arrive damaged or show a manufacturing defect are handled between us and Nokhu — you don't have to chase the brand on your own.
What Nokhu does publish
- Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Nokhu files the carrier claim for items damaged in transit, with no return shipping cost to the customer
- Wrong-size exchanges get free shipping on the replacement (restocking fee still applies)
- Email customer service with your order number and photos of the issue
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return is inspected

The Nokhu Rack (New Model) is Nokhu's flagship full-width sleep and storage platform, handcrafted in the USA from 16-gauge American steel and decked in your choice of raw solid pine or 12 oz needle-punch carpet. Every order arrives as two complete, independent racks: run them side by side for a full-width bed, or deploy just one when you only need half the deck. Nothing bolts to your rig, so the platform is genuinely vehicle-agnostic — it follows you from truck to SUV to whatever you drive next.
Features
- Handcrafted in the USA from 16-gauge powder-coated American steel
- Choice of solid pine boards or 12 oz needle-punch carpeted deck
- Telescopes from 44" to 79" per rack; height adjusts 9"–15" in 2" increments
- 500 lb static load rating per rack
- Up to 41" of open span between leg bases swallows bins and drawers
- Includes assembly wrench, screws, and height-adjustment pins
- Backed by a 3-year warranty
Two configurations are available — the Nokhu 50 at roughly 72 pounds and the Nokhu 60 at roughly 76 pounds — and both telescope and height-adjust to dial in your fit. Round out camp with the Nokhu Ledge vehicle-mounted table, or browse the full Nokhu collection.

Nokhu Rack FAQs
Which sizes does the Nokhu Rack (New Model) come in?
Two configurations: Nokhu 50 (about 72 pounds) and Nokhu 60 (about 76 pounds). Each order includes two racks, and every rack telescopes from 44 to 79 inches long with height adjustable from 9 to 15 inches in 2-inch steps — and because nothing mounts permanently, the platform moves between vehicles.
What's different from the old Nokhu Rack?
The new model moves to a handcrafted 16-gauge American steel frame with solid pine or carpeted decks, replacing the old composite slats. It also telescopes longer (44-79 inches per rack versus 42-72), sits higher (9-15 inches versus 8-14), carries more (500 pounds per rack versus 400), and adds a 3-year warranty.
What does setup involve?
Basic assembly with included hardware: each order ships with two complete racks plus an assembly wrench, screws, and height-adjustment pins. Once built, telescope each rack from 44 to 79 inches to match your cargo floor and set the height between 9 and 15 inches in 2-inch steps — no drilling into the vehicle.
