What to expect
Nokhu doesn't publish a written warranty that we could find. In practice, parts that arrive damaged or show a manufacturing defect are handled between us and Nokhu — you don't have to chase the brand on your own.
What Nokhu does publish
- Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Nokhu files the carrier claim for items damaged in transit, with no return shipping cost to the customer
- Wrong-size exchanges get free shipping on the replacement (restocking fee still applies)
- Email customer service with your order number and photos of the issue
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return is inspected
