How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

The 5th gen 4Runner's factory transfer case skid is a mini plate. M.O.R.E. covers the transfer case properly with 1/4 in. aluminum, which keeps the weight down.
Why it works

- About 19 lb
- Bare aluminum or one of four powder-coat colors
Bare aluminum may have minor scratches from manufacturing. M.O.R.E. also offers this plate in 3/16 in. steel.
Fitment
Fits 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner, 5th gen, without KDSS. It does not fit KDSS trucks. Install is easy.
Lead time
M.O.R.E. makes its aluminum skid plates to order and quotes up to 10 days to ship; powder coating other than black may take 15 additional days.
Who builds it
M.O.R.E. started in Chris Overacker's garage in 1978 and is still in Delta, Colorado. Every part is drawn in 3D CAD, cut on Mazak lasers and welded by certified welders in-house, so the whole thing is made in the USA.

What does the warranty cover?
M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty covers product failure for the original retail buyer for as long as they own the vehicle. The powder coat or other finish and any rubber or urethane parts are treated as wear items and are not covered, nor are altered parts, improper installs, or fire and accident damage. M.O.R.E. repairs or replaces at its discretion; labor and shipping are not included.
