How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

M.O.R.E.'s lubeable rear shackles for the YJ put a grease fitting at the shackle pivot, so the bushings can be serviced with a grease gun instead of left to run dry.
They fit the rear of 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJs. At 4 in. center to center they add no lift, so ride height stays put. Choose the spring-eye size: 1 in. for Skyjacker YJ springs, 1-1/4 in. for stock YJ springs, or 1-1/2 in. for most aftermarket springs. There is no center brace or spacer sleeve in this kit, because on the rear of a YJ it would hit the frame.
M.O.R.E. laser cuts these shackles from 3/8 in. steel. Each bolt is drilled and carries a zerk, so grease can work its way through the drilled sleeves and into the black, channeled polyurethane bushings, and Crimp-Loc nuts keep the whole stack clamped tight. The gold zinc plating gives them a clean finish. Shackles are sold in pairs, so order two pairs if you are doing both ends of the Jeep.
With the Jeep safely supported, swap one side at a time, torque to spec, grease the zerks until fresh grease shows, and recheck after the first trail run. After that, add grease as part of routine service.

Why is there no center brace?
M.O.R.E. leaves out the center bolts and spacer sleeves on this rear YJ kit because they would hit the frame.
Is this enough for my whole Jeep?
No. Each order is a pair. Order two pairs to do both ends.
Will these lift my Jeep?
No. At 4 in. center to center they add no lift.
How do these get greased?
Each shackle bolt is drilled and has a zerk, so a standard grease gun can push grease through to the channeled polyurethane bushings.
Are the bushings covered by the lifetime warranty?
The steel parts carry M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty against product failure for the original buyer. Polyurethane bushings and the plated finish are treated as wear items and are not covered, and labor and shipping are excluded.
