How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

These heavy-duty M.O.R.E. front shackles for the YJ use 9/16 in. bolts and a greaseable pivot you can service with a grease gun.
They fit the front of 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJs. At 4 in. center to center, they add no lift. Choose 1-1/4 in. or 1-1/2 in. spring-eye bushings to match your springs.
M.O.R.E. laser cuts these shackles from 3/8 in. steel. Each bolt is drilled and carries a zerk, so grease can work its way through the drilled sleeves and into the black, channeled polyurethane bushings, and Crimp-Loc nuts keep the whole stack clamped tight. The gold zinc plating gives them a clean finish. A thick-walled center brace bolts between the side plates with grade 5 hardware. Shackles are sold in pairs, so order two pairs if you are doing both ends of the Jeep.
With the Jeep safely supported, swap one side at a time, torque to spec, grease the zerks until fresh grease shows, and recheck after the first trail run. After that, add grease as part of routine service.

Which bushing size do I need?
Pick 1-1/4 in. or 1-1/2 in. to match the inside diameter of your spring eye. Measure it to confirm.
How do these get greased?
Each shackle bolt is drilled and has a zerk, so a standard grease gun can push grease through to the channeled polyurethane bushings.
Are the bushings covered by the lifetime warranty?
The steel parts carry M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty against product failure for the original buyer. Polyurethane bushings and the plated finish are treated as wear items and are not covered, and labor and shipping are excluded.
