How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid

These heavy-duty M.O.R.E. boomerang shackles are greaseable, run 9/16 in. bolts and are set up for leaf springs with a military wrap.
It fits 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJs, front or rear, on military wrap springs. At 5-1/4 in. center to center, it adds about 5/8 in. of lift. Choose the bushing size to match your springs: 1.25 in. for stock YJ springs or 1.5 in. for most aftermarket YJ springs, both for 2.5 in. wide packs.
M.O.R.E. laser cuts these shackles from 3/8 in. steel. Each bolt is drilled and carries a zerk, so grease can work its way through the drilled sleeves and into the black, channeled polyurethane bushings, and Crimp-Loc nuts keep the whole stack clamped tight. The gold zinc plating gives them a clean finish. A thick-walled center brace bolts between the side plates with grade 5 hardware. Shackles are sold in pairs, so order two pairs if you are doing both ends of the Jeep.
With the Jeep safely supported, swap one side at a time, torque to spec, grease the zerks until fresh grease shows, and recheck after the first trail run. After that, add grease as part of routine service.

Which bushing size do I need?
Stock YJ springs use 1.25 in. bushings; most aftermarket YJ springs use 1.5 in. If unsure, measure the spring eye or ask your spring manufacturer.
Is this enough for my whole Jeep?
No. Each order is a pair. Order two pairs to do both ends.
How much lift do they add?
At 5-1/4 in. center to center, M.O.R.E. rates them at about 5/8 in. of lift.
How do these get greased?
Each shackle bolt is drilled and has a zerk, so a standard grease gun can push grease through to the channeled polyurethane bushings.
Are the bushings covered by the lifetime warranty?
The steel parts carry M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty against product failure for the original buyer. Polyurethane bushings and the plated finish are treated as wear items and are not covered, and labor and shipping are excluded.
