How to make a King Shocks warranty claim
- Contact King Shocks by phone or through the contact page to describe the problem.
- Get a return authorization number (RA#) from King before sending anything; returns without one are not accepted.
- Wrap each shock in foam or bubble wrap and pack it in a sturdy box with packing material.
- Include a packing slip with your name, phone number, return address, the product, the service you need and the RA#, and keep the RA# for tracking.
