How to make a King Shocks warranty claim

Contact King Shocks by phone or through the contact page to describe the problem.
Get a return authorization number (RA#) from King before sending anything; returns without one are not accepted.
Wrap each shock in foam or bubble wrap and pack it in a sturdy box with packing material.
Include a packing slip with your name, phone number, return address, the product, the service you need and the RA#, and keep the RA# for tracking.

King Front 2.0 in. Diameter Bump Stops, Pair for Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator

King's front compact bump stop kit fits the Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator. Each 2.0 in. diameter stop strokes through the last part of up-travel, so full compression ends in a controlled stop instead of a hard hit. It suits rigs that hit whoops, ruts and potholes harder than the factory stop likes.

Why it works

Controlled bottom-outA stroking stop slows the axle at full compression instead of letting it hit a fixed pad.

Replaces foam stopsIt takes the place of the factory foam bump stop.
