On a lifted 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK, the rear shocks hang low and exposed, and a bent or punctured shock body ends a trail day early. The Falcon HD Rear Shock Skid Plate Kit puts armor around that area, for the owner who spends real time away from pavement.
Why it works
- Protects the rear shocks. The plates shield the shock bodies where trail obstacles can reach them.
- Raw finish on purpose. Shipping bare leaves you free to weld the plates in place for the most secure mounting, or to finish them however you like.
- Welding optional. Welding is not required, so you can decide how permanent you want the install to be.
