Extang's first route for a claim is the place of purchase, and it wants the order number, a dated receipt and photos, which we already have or can gather with you. Contact NVMOS first and we will build the claim, get the RA number and work with RealTruck on the repair or replacement. Have your order number and a few photos of the issue ready, then call or text us at (920) 249-7744 or send us a message.
