The Shellz PRO Lighted Tailgate Spoiler Appliqué puts lighting into a molded piece that follows the factory contours of the fourth-generation Tacoma tailgate. That is the difference from a stick-on universal light strip: the lights are built into a vehicle-specific part, so it looks like something that came with the truck.
The integrated dual-function lights glow red when you brake and white when the truck is in reverse. It is made from molded automotive-grade plastic in the USA, and you can pick Gloss Black, Matte Black, Paintable ABS, or Armor Coated (bed-lined) finishes.
Fitment
Fits the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma and mounts on the upper tailgate.
What's included
The appliqué with its complete wiring harness and connectors.
Install notes
Plan on about 45 minutes. The appliqué attaches with 3M auto-grade tape, and the included harness follows the Tacoma factory wire-loom path, so no drilling or permanent body modification is required. Ecoological publishes installation instructions on its site.
