The Tufskinz Door Sill Protection Overlays cover the door sills on the 2014-2024 Toyota 4Runner with a domed, raised-3D overlay that both dresses up and shields the step-in area. This 2-piece kit lays over the factory sill so the high-traffic edge takes the scuffs instead of the OE trim, and 26 finishes, including OE color matches like Lunar Rock, Cement Gray, and Gloss TRD Red, let you tie it to your paint.
Features
- 2-piece kit for the 2014-2024 4Runner door sills
- Domed (raised) 3D overlay for a molded, finished look
- Broad range of 26 finishes, including OE paint matches
- OE colors such as Lunar Rock, Army Green, and Magnetic Gray Metallic
- Covers and protects the factory sill from daily wear
- 3M automotive-grade adhesive for a durable bond
- Made in the USA
Installation
Figure about 10 minutes. Clean the sill, peel the 3M backing, and press the overlay onto the factory trim. There is no drilling and no cutting, so it is a straightforward job for any skill level.
Fitment
This kit fits the 2014-2024 Toyota 4Runner (5th Gen). It is vehicle-specific rather than universal. See the full range for this truck in our full Toyota 4Runner collection.
If you are also outfitting a 2025+ 4Runner or a Tacoma, Tufskinz makes matching interior trim like the Climate Control Accent Trim, or browse the full Tufskinz collection.
Door Sill Protection Overlays Fits 2014-2024 Toyota 4Runner FAQs
Will this fit my 4Runner?
Yes, for the 2014-2024 (5th Gen) 4Runner. The 2-piece kit is shaped for that generation's door sills and is not universal, so it will not fit the 2025+ (6th Gen) truck.
Can I match my paint?
Very likely. With 28 finishes, the kit includes OE color matches like Lunar Rock, Cement Gray, Army Green, and Gloss TRD Red, so you can match the body or pick a contrast.
Is it easy to install?
Yes. It is a domed peel-and-stick overlay backed with 3M automotive-grade adhesive, with no drilling or cutting. Most installs take about 10 minutes.
