When an independent-front-suspension truck gets lifted, the front CV axles run at steeper angles, which is hard on the joints. A diff drop kit lowers the front differential to bring those angles back down. This Dobinsons kit is for the Land Cruiser 250 (sold elsewhere as the Prado 250) and the 4th Gen Tacoma.
It keeps CV angles in a good working range and is intended for lifts over 2 inches. Dobinsons pairs it with its 3 inch lifts for IFS Toyota vehicles, and the kit comes with machined spacers plus the nuts and bolts needed.
