What's covered
- Non-cosmetic manufacturing faults
- Coil springs: breakage, or sag of more than 10mm height loss
- Leaf springs: breakage, or sag of more than 12mm camber loss
- Shocks, winches, fridges and other parts: manufacturing faults only
What's not covered
- Products that are abused, misused, misapplied, neglected or altered
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Industrial, mining or agricultural use
- Wrongly selected parts and non-Dobinsons components
- Shipping costs to or from Dobinsons, labor, and consequential losses
How to make a Dobinsons warranty claim
- Notify Dobinsons in writing within the warranty window (2 years from invoice for springs/shocks, 12 months for other parts) - late claims are treated as waived
- Complete the online warranty form
- Return the part to Dobinsons or an approved importer for inspection, at your cost
