What's covered
- Defective products are replaced with the same item, or a comparable one if it's been discontinued

- Improper installation or use, abuse, or opening, rewiring or repairing a product
- Swapping lenses on Stage Series lights voids the 3-year coverage (the 8-year coverage stays)
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers; coverage is for the original buyer and isn't transferable
How to make a Diode Dynamics claim
- Keep your proof of purchase; every claim needs it (gift recipients can register within 90 days of the original purchase instead)
- Request an RMA through Diode Dynamics' returns portal and work through diagnosis with their support team
- Nothing goes back without an RMA number; include photos for moisture claims
- For US customers, Diode Dynamics covers shipping on 3-year claims, plus return shipping for inspection on 8-year and lifetime claims

The Diode Dynamics Ultra Heavy Duty Single Output 4-pin Wiring Harness is the power harness for big SS5 CrossLink Pro light bars, the 5 to 8 pod builds. It runs 10AWG wire from the battery to a single Deutsch DT-P 4-pin output, protected by a 60A waterproof fuse and an 80A 12V relay. It is universal for any truck or SUV running one of those bars.
Why it works
A long Pro-level CrossLink bar pulls more current than a standard pod harness is built for. This one steps up to 10AWG wire, a 60A fuse and an 80A relay so the bar gets the feed it needs without heat or voltage drop eating into output. It connects directly to the battery, so the bar is not leaning on any factory circuit.
What it pairs with
It is meant for 5 to 8 pod SS5 CrossLink Pro light bars. If your mounting spot is farther from the battery than the harness reaches, Diode makes Ultra Heavy Duty DT-P extension wires in 1 and 3 meter lengths that plug right in.
